Ken McCoy
Ken McCoy has been a leading entrepreneur in NYC’s hospitality scene since 1999, developing a portfolio of successful bars and restaurants known for strong concepts, thoughtful design, and exceptional guest experiences. After a decade operating Irish pubs in Midtown, he launched The Flying Cock in 2016, followed by The Horny Ram, The Naked Pig, Turtle Bay Tavern, and Buddy's. Each reinforcing his reputation for creating high-performing, well-branded venues.
Ken is hands-on in every phase of development, from concept and build-out to branding, marketing, and operations. Working closely with designers, chefs, mixologists, and his management team, he ensures each property delivers a consistent, standout experience.
As Director of Operations, he oversees daily performance across the portfolio, maintaining the high standards and strong hospitality culture that define The Real Mccoy Hospitality Group.

Meghan Adams
Meghan graduated from The University of Michigan in May 2022 where she planned and executed large-scale events, designed graphics, and became experienced in content creation. She now directs the social media, design, event planning, and marketing for The Flying Cock, The Horny Ram, and The Naked Pig.

Theresa Conway is the Managing Partner of Turtle Bay Tavern and a Partner at Buddy’s NYC, bringing years of hands-on operational leadership to The Real Mccoy Hospitality. Known for her strong management style and deep understanding of day-to-day operations and back-of-end office and Buddy's, she ensures each venue delivers seamless service, consistent execution, and an elevated guest experience.
Anabella Ballone
Media Manager Anabella is the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator for Buddy’s NYC, where she oversees the brand’s voice across social media, creative campaigns, partnerships, event marketing, and visual storytelling. She works closely with ownership to shape Buddy’s digital presence through content creation, design, and brand initiatives that bring the energy, nostalgia, and sense of community found inside the bar to life. With a background in performance and content creation, Bella brings an energetic, audience-focused approach to hospitality marketing.
Sean Garvey
Partner & Bar Manager, Buddy’s NYCSean Garvey serves as Partner and Bar Manager at Buddy’s NYC, where he oversees bar operations, beverage programming, staff development, and guest experience. With a sharp eye for hospitality and a passion for creating energetic, welcoming atmospheres, Sean plays a key role in maintaining Buddy’s reputation as a neighborhood favorite.
LeAnn Lacavelle
Managing Partner Buddy'sLeAnn is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience owning and managing sports bars throughout New York City. Originally from Florida and a proud graduate of Florida State University, she has called New York City home for more than 15 years.
A passionate sports fan and lifelong supporter of the New York Yankees, LeAnn brings energy, leadership, and operational expertise to every venture she undertakes. Real McCoy Hospitality Group was thrilled when she chose to join the team and become a partner.
Today, LeAnn serves as the Managing Partner of Buddy’s, where her dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have played a critical role in the venue’s success. Widely respected by both staff and partners, she is an invaluable member of the RMHG family and a driving force behind Buddy’s continued growth.
Rob Mahon
Rob Mahon is a Partner and Strategic Advisor for Expansion & Development at The Real Mccoy HG, guiding long-term growth and new business opportunities across the group. As the founder of Mahon Hospitality Group, he brings extensive industry expertise, a strong development background, and a proven track record of building successful, scalable hospitality concepts.
